The deer world appears to have gotten over the awful thing that happened to Bambi's mother and is open to human contact again. At least this one fawn is comfortable in the arms of a man in hi-vis.

"We're moving it out of the way so it doesn't get smashed by a tree," a worker says in Justin Lewis' debut YouTube video. "We start rubbing its belly and now when we go to put it down it freaks out until we start rubbing its belly again."

Watch the deer react to being put on the ground. It doesn't want to be separated from the kindly forester, part of the broad spectrum of emotions animals who love to love feel.
