A Seattle racecourse recently allowed regular dogs out on the track for a run, with one standout competitor: a determined dachshund in a wheelchair.

While other dogs might have crossed the finish line first, it's clear who really won this race.

Making the video even more adorable: the li'l pooch is named Anderson Pooper. Who knows what the real Anderson Cooper will make of that...
